The school is established by XIZICE Equipment Manufacturing Co.ltd, and is a secondary vocational technical school approved by the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Zhejiang Province specialized in training technical personnel in short supply of the machine building industry, with the predecessor as Hangzhou No. 6 Mechanical Technical Workers’ School. The school was approved by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security as “National Training Base for Highly skilled Mechanical and electrical Talents”, and designated by All-China Federation of Trade Unions as “National Workers Education Demonstration Site” and “National Vocational Skills Practical Training Base for Workers”, and it is a fixed examination center for welders for special pressure and electromechanical equipment approved by the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau of Zhejiang Province, and a training institution for work on special equipment of the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau of Hangzhou Municipality and a high skill talent public practical training base of Hangzhou Municipality.

Enrollment target: junior high school graduates of previous and current year (aged 15 ~ 18 years old) from all places of the country, with no geographical restriction.

Majors: 1. welding processing; 2. mechanical equipment assembly and automatic control; 3. Property management; 4. E-commerce.

Arrangement after graduation: students completed all courses and qualified in examinations will be issued with technical school diploma of a secondary vocational school recognized by the state and a national general vocational qualification certificate; some graduates will be recommended to work in relevant subsidiaries of Xizi UHC, and students can also continue study in the corresponding senior vocational schools.

Training categories: junior, medium and senior workers, technicians and senior technicians for welding and cold work sheet metal. Those qualified in training and examinations will be issued with the nationwide recognized Professional Qualification Certificate of the state for junior, medium and senior workers, technicians and senior technicians by the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Hangzhou Municipality and Zhejiang Province.

Training categories: electric welders, gas cutting workers and electricians. Those qualified in examinations will be issued with the Special Operation Certificate of the People's Republic of China by the Work Safety Supervision Administration of Zhejiang Province.

Training and examination category: operators doing welding for boilers, pressure vessels (including gas cylinders), pressure pipes (collectively referred to as pressurized equipment) and elevators, lifting machinery, airlift ropeway, large amusement facilities, field (factory) special motor vehicles (collectively referred to as mechanical and electrical equipment). Those qualified in examinations will be issued with the Special Equipment Operator Certificate of the People's Republic of China (welder) by the Quality and Technical Supervision Administration of Hangzhou Municipality.

Training targets: weight lifting machinery commanders, bridge gantry crane operators, gantry crane operators and forklift drivers. Those qualified in examinations will be issued with the Special Equipment Operator Certificate of the People's Republic of China by the Quality and Technical Supervision Administration of Hangzhou Municipality.

Training category: international welders and welding operators. TUV SUD Certification and Testing (China) Co., Ltd. can integrate examinations for different welders into one examination, and test to a number of standards. Those with qualified results will be issued with different types of certificates for welders.

Training category: training of NDT personnel to EN ISO 9712. Those passing the examination after training will obtain the qualification certificate for NDT personnel issued by SECTOR Cert, an institution with dual authorization of German DAKKS and ZLS, and the certificate issuer can be verified on official website with real name (http://www.sectorcert.com).
