1. Implement national safety, environmental protection and other laws and regulations, establish and complete relevant management rules and regulations suitable for the company, and supervise and inspect their implementation.

2. Organize the establishment and implementation of environmental, occupational health and safety management systems, and ensure their continual improvement;

3. Regularly check the operation procedures and on-site operations of  relevant departments, to constantly improve the management procedures;

4. Analyze and evaluate the EHS risks and problems in the company, formulate management plans and implement improvement measures;

5. Organize environmental monitoring plan, understand the environmental status in the company, and standardize hazardous waste management;

6. Organize the investigation and treatment of all kinds of accidents within the scope of responsibility, propose and follow up improvement actions;

7. Formulate and implement the emergency rescue plans in the company, and conduct regular drills;

8. Communicate with related EHS  departments of the government, and build good relations with them;

9. Periodically organize EHS related meetings and activities. 

1. Formulate the development plan and target of procurement and material department, and urge the implementation of various work;

2. Responsible for the negotiation and contract signing of major procurement projects of the company; organize and carry out various works of procurement and material departments to meet the production needs of the company;

3. Collect relevant market information, to provide basis for decision-making by the company;

4. Assess the work ability of employees, guide and foster employees to ensure good echelon building. 

1. Take charge of process review of product parts and components, and put forward related material preparation opinions and process equipment design requests;

2. Prepare product welding process procedures, work instructions, typical process cards and related management process documents according to division of specialty work. Ensure the correctness, completeness and unification of process documents.

3. Work out the quota of material consumption per unit product according to professional demand;

4. Complete the process test and procedure evaluation related to specialty and participate in the process equipment verification for products in charge; actively participate in process experimental research, and constantly improve the technical level.

5. Assist the process engineer in charge in the technical disclosure of the special requirements of relevant specialties before the new product putting into production, Introduce the process measures to ensure the quality of parts in detail to relevant person, and guide the workers to use tools correctly. Provide technical support in process for workshop or department. 

6. Guide the production personnel of workshop or department to strictly implement the process procedures. The Rational suggestions from production personnel which were already implemented and verified, shall be included into relevant process documents. 

7. Ensure good site service work in workshop, timely handle professional and technical issues in production to ensure smooth progress of production. Participate in the inspection of process discipline and master the implementation of techniques for products parts under the charge.

8. Participate in the work quality and product quality review in the professional work steps under the charge, and take active measures to properly solve technical issues put forth in quality review.

9. Modify the process documents for specialty under the charge, and be responsible for the correctness, completeness and unification of the modified process documents. 

1. Learn and master the professional process review for product parts and components under the guidance by higher level process engineer, and put forward related material preparation opinions and process equipment design requests;

2. Learn and master the preparation of assembling process procedures, work instructions, typical process cards and related management process documents according to division of specialty work. Sort out process documents.

3. Learn and master the preparation of material consumption quota per unit product according to professional demand;

4. Participate in the process test, procedure evaluation and tooling verification work related to specialty with the guidance by process engineer at higher level; actively participate in process experimental research, and constantly improve the technological level.

5. Understand the special requirements of related specialties before putting into production a new product, and the process measures to ensure the part quality.

6. Ensure good site service work in workshop, timely participate in handling professional and technical issues in production and guide workers to correctly use tooling and equipment, to ensure smooth progress of production. Participate in the inspection of process discipline and master the implementation of techniques for products parts under the charge.

7. Understand the work step quality and product quality review requirements of the own specialty. 

1. Quality system establishment and certification work.

2. Participate in internal audit work, and assist the external audit work. 

3. Participate in the preparation of quality system documents, take charge of the centralized management, archiving, distribution and destruction of quality system documents, and make proper filing, registration and recording.

4. Assist document preparation and revision departments to complete the revision of related system documents according to the standard requirements (including version change), with proper registration and management.

5. Assist responsible departments to develop corrective and preventive measures for non-conformance found in daily operation of the system and in internal & external audit, and track & verify the implementation effect. 

6. Assist department leaders in the communication and liaison with relevant certification institutions.
